Terms & conditions

General

These terms apply to the canawater.eu online shop operated by Cana water d.o.o., Serdica 82, 9262 Rogašovci, Slovenia. They are drawn up in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot). The Slovenian version prevails.

Prices

All prices include 9.5% VAT. Prices apply at the moment the order is placed. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order.

Delivery

Orders up to €20.00 – delivery €3.50. Orders over €20.00 – free delivery. We deliver within Slovenia only. Goods are handed to the carrier within 5 working days of order confirmation.

Payment methods

Payment by bank transfer (UPN) against a pro-forma invoice, or by PayPal.

Material defects

The consumer must notify the seller of a defect within two months of discovering it. The seller is liable for defects that appear within two years of delivery. The consumer may request that the defect be remedied, a partial refund, replacement of the goods or a full refund.

Withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason by writing to info@canawater.eu. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the notice to Cana water d.o.o., Serdica 82, 9262 Rogašovci. We refund the purchase price (excluding the original delivery charge) within 14 days using the original payment method. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent to info@canawater.eu. We do not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body. EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Personal data protection

We process personal data (name, surname, address, phone, email, order details) to fulfil orders, issue invoices and communicate with customers. We do not pass data to unauthorised third parties; processors (e.g. hosting and email providers) process it only on our instructions.

Invoices are kept for 10 years, contract data for 5 years after delivery, and consent-based data until consent is withdrawn. You may request access, rectification, restriction, erasure and portability of your data, and object to direct marketing – write to info@canawater.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner.

Cookies

Essential cookies (basket, cookie choice) are required for the shop to work. Analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Meta Pixel) cookies are only loaded if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
